Lullaby for Hedvig was commissioned by Trio Trivium. The piece was premiered in 2007 and has since then been performed by the trio several times.

Comment: " The piece was dedicated to my niece Hedvig, born in 2006. The melody theme was based on the letters in her name, H, E, D and G.
