Tarrodi´s Ekarna for mixed choir was commissioned by Gustaf Sjökvist´s Chamber Choir in conjunction with the choir´s 20 year jubilee. The piece was premiered on April 5, 2014 at the Eric Ericson Hall. Since then it has been performed by the GSCC numerous times and also by other choirs such as the Uppsala Academic Chamber Choir.
