Nocturne over B, A, C & H was premiered by Hugo Ticciati and Staffan Scheja at Festival o|modernt at Confidencen on June 15, 2011.

Comment: Nocturne over B, A, C & H for violin and piano was written for violinist Hugo Ticciati. The piece was inspired by Vincent van Gogh´s painting "Starry night". Hugo requested that the piece be based on the tones B, A, C and H, and, as one can hear, the violin part consists only of these four tones, in different octaves, throughout the whole piece.
